Can anyone tell me what this means? Look at the visit length. It looks like a person is refreshing every minute? I posted this on the statcounter forum too as I don't think this is a technical issue.

I'd say it's not worth the effort unless this kind of thing became a consistent irritation. How you'd block (or if you can block) depends on the tools available from your web host.

These hits appear to be generated by a customer of a Yahoo-branded service of SoftBank Broadband. What are they up to? I dunno. It might even be some kind of poorly-constructed robot that a customer is testing out for some odd reason. It might just be someone who is uncommonly interested in your product.

Whether blocking would even work depends on the method used by the ISP, SoftBank BB, to assign IP numbers. If an IP address is carried for a significant time by the same customer, then blocking might work, but if the ISP switches customer IP addresses as some BB ISP's do, then it won't do you any good at all and would only succeed in blocking some other innocent SoftBank customer.
