When Java Script is disabled...

Does this mean that someone who is using MSIE 5.0 (SAVVIS) whose JS is disabled and with "no referring link" can go to each page and it won't log the page they've gone to because of JS being disabled? I know this isn't a bot or spider, it is someone but no state, no country (SAVVIS is in NC, I believe). So hopping to other pages would not register?

The URL infromation of the page visted and the referrer page (page where they came from) cannot eb logged except by teh javascript portion fo the counetr code. So if no JS, no URL information. Also no page title, no screen resolution.
