Default Hmm, bizarre e-mail

Just downloaded an e-mail today and it has me really puzzled. My ISP e-mail recognized it as spam, since it was notated as such. I'm using Outlook Express 6 for my e-mail client. This was a huge e-mail over 6 meg and had I think 147 images. My OE6 has an image blocker, but this e-mail apparently overrode that block as I didn't have a choice but to see the images, that override has never happened before. It has some great images, a lot are duplicates, some upside down etc. The images appear to be centered around Japan and I'd post the domain name, but best not. Though the domain is 12 somewhat sequential type of numbers DOT org.

Has anyone seen this today or at any time??
