Default forms that cant be Hijacked

Just wanted to pick your brains, I need to put some forms on a website I’m building, has any body used 'form-maker.com'

The thing I’m most concerned out is how secure their software is, don’t want to be hijacked by spammers

I don't know your feeling about forms that pop up in a new window, but all ours are done this way, and close on completion. We've never had a spammer fill one out, and even search engine bots don't find them.

statistically number one hate users have for websites is;
1) pop-ups
2) sites that make you register before you can buy, view etc
3) links that open new windows

I've heard that your method does help tackle spammers, but it might be at the cost of annoying your customers

If anybody is wondering, 4) is sites that disables back button and make it feel like there taking over your computer, and 5) is sites that take more than a reasonable time to load

We combat that by having the new window small, it doesn't completely obscure the larger window you were in. It has "close" instructions clearly visible.
Also, the content is something they absolutely want. For example, the price estimator for their package opens in a new window. If you find our new window aggravating... sorry, but that's a peeve. And keep in mind that 90% of all users aren't clever enough to figure out how to stop pop-up windows, anyway, so they're used to them!

My dislikes:

1.) Disabling right clicking (I use it to navigate.)
2.) Ads, top, right, center and in between content. Hello Adblock....
3.) Frames
4.) Embedded audio and video that plays automatically
5.) Nasty colour choices.
