Haven't Been Able to Log In for Over a Week

Not sure if this is the proper forum for this issue, but I haven't been able to log in for over a week now. I rechecked my UN and PW and even requested it via e-mail, but still can't log in.

Turn off or exit firewall, anti-spyware programs, adblocker, reduce your privacy and security settings in the browser to a reasonable level, make sure you allow cookies and especially third party cookies, make sure you are not blocking the Statcounter site in your hosts file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts ). Make sure you can ping and tracert the www.statcounter.com site from dos.
