My Project simply disappeared

I have had a project going since 17 November 2009. Suddenly tying to log in the other day, I find that there is no project any more. Can anyone explain what has happened. Is there a time limit?

No, there is no time limit for any project. You say you have an account and had a project within it? Are you sure you have not deleted the project by mistake?

I would contact the support directly, so they can check what may have happen. You can use the "Contact us" link in the bottom of the forum page, or from within your account. It is important that you give them all the information you have about your account and project, your user name for the account, project ID (from the counter code on your pages source), etc.
