Disable Cookie in Project Configuration

I would like to see a configuration feature that disables StatCounter cookies for visitors to a website. i.e. the ability to configure a project so that StatCounter does not attempt to leave the tracking cookie.

This would enable EU owned websites to use StatCounter and comply with the EU Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive without having to obtain user consent.

The consequence would be the loss of returning visitor data but that would be better than not using StatCounter at all.
