Hi. I just created a new free account yesterday. The site has had so far close to 900 pageloads.
So I created a new weekly email report and tried to "send now" just to myself as a CC and not my client who I registered as the main user. It said that it should arrive in five minutes. But it's been about 45 minutes so far, yet still no email -- not in my inbox, folders, junk, anywhere. |

I just received an email report as of 7 AM EST, though the stats are from three days ago..?

We have been receiving weekly email reports for years without problems. 3 weeks ago they stopped. We get an email telling us the email bounced back and that the email report has been disabled. This email goes to the same address that the report was bounced back from. I have gone in and checked the email addresses and re-activated the reports and same thing happens the next week.
