Statcounter is very informative, but I would like to know how many visitors are on my site at a given time.
In other words, it would be interesting for me to know how many people are on my site right now, and, if possible know who they are. Is that possible? I notice this forum has something called Currently Active Users: 57 (2 members and 55 guests) right now. That would be great for me. Thanks!! Steve |

HI
Not possible. Most forums have that info, but even that is misleading. You can only know when a visitor has loaded a page. If they sit and read or leave you cannot know until they load/refresh a page. This thread will explain it better; http://forum.statcounter.com/vb/showthread.php?t=38226 the same principle applies. Thanks, CG.
It may not be terribly accurate but it's something. This forum has something. Is it possible to get something like that? Steve |
