This question was asked a couple of years ago. I haven't seen any recent posts. I would like to get information only from the US. Is there way filter that could be set to accomplish this?
Thanks. |

The obvious way would be to select the "Country/State/City/ISP" page, and click on US. From there, you can drill down to several pages about recent activity.

And also download the selected part, e.g. only the US visitors.

If I am only interested in the state of Texas, can I get just that data. I would really be interested in metro areas or cities because so many clients are only interested in local customers and clients.

In your Statcounter Account you can click on the Country/State/City/ISP link on the left, the country list should come up first, then just above that list click on the State/Region link and you will have the states. Just click on whatever number of hits for your state, or the little magnifying glass and you will get the Texas list of hits.

If you know the IP address's you want to block, just go into your account, then config, then edit project settings. You can block a specific IP or a range of IP's. I like seeing the foreign visits, in my stats.
