Default Cannot open visitor activity pages

Hello,

For some odd reason I keep getting a blank page when I try to view visitor information and the url will look like this: http://statcounter.com/p7839726/visi...a3lq0fkdnnm6h6 Also the title bar of my browser does not say "Recent Visitor Activity for Project Name", it only tells me I am using Mozilla Firefox.

I have looked at 3 accounts I manage & this is only occurring on the 2 free accounts and not the paid account.

Project ID:

5739928
7839726

Thanks,

L

Hi,

Let me first ask, do you really have 3 different accounts with 1 project on each?
Or do you actually have 1 account with 3 projects? You do know you can have several projects on 1 account?

Then I'm only guessing here, but the link you provided "http://statcounter.com/p7839726/visitor/?PHPSESSID=lnhcva1ss9cka3lq0fkdnnm6h6" shows a PHPSESSID that I believe you get if Statcounter is unable to set a session cookie when you logged in to your account.

The session id is vanishing after a very short time, so that can be the reason you don't see any stats?
What happen if you try to look at other stats (also in the 3rd project) after you see the blank page?

Hi,

I don't "own" 2 of the accounts, I just watch them for clients. If I owned them I would keep them grouped together, but I do not.

I have Statcounter "allowed" in Noscript so cookies should not be an issue.

After I see a blank page I go back to the last page and try another one... maybe it will open, maybe not. There does not seem to be a pattern in what opens and does not.

Okay, then it's best for you to contact support from within one of the accounts, so they can investigate what may be wrong.
