I want to configure my first account. Where do I find "installation and configuration" after I have logged in to my account. I don't see these words. In the left navigation menu are the two words separate and neither of them have instructions about how to install and configure.

I'd recommend reading everything on the page when you login. As it explains everything and just follow each page at a time.
