Default Nice Flash

Looks nice running Flash and all. Just wondering did you have to buy Flash, and if so how much did it cost.

I use Flash a lot...
I guess you will have to buy Macromedia FlashMX....but if you have a friend that have it, or even Macromedia Studio MX... well... see if you can borrow it... Note that working with Flash, is altogether a different ball game than your general web things. Not all that easy to learn, but an irresistable fun while doing it. Go for it!

Flash is from Macromedia, so I don't get what it has to do with MS? Besides that, why all asuming that Flash is expensive, like every site using a statcounter was made with a legal owned editor? Never would believe so.

That site is a promotion tool, just wondering, if I had a small screen and not a high connection speed, than you wouldn't like me as a customer? There are some nice tutorials and regulations at the W3C website about making pages accessible to everyone.

But that is only my modest opinion. And that flash movie is awesome indeed, I just would HATE it's size if I were a 56K user, and I heard lots of US residents are.. But it really is a nice site, so why don't make a low end version of it, to please people with low connections to enjoy it to?

Hey thanks for compliments guys! This is my first and only time that i have ever messed with making a website. It took me about 6 months to get finished with it. I started out small and then grew. I have so much stuff that did not even make it on the site, due to big file size. I made so many gifs then i went to swf. It does increase the size a little but it looks so much better and clearer, plus i can have sound. I picked all of this up in about 4 months or so. So it just takes time. As for the flash. That was easier than i thought it would be. I have a program called swishmax. I recommended that to anything. A few simple clicks and you have an awesome animation. I spent about 2 weeks on my intro. I suck with keeping the file size down so i really dont know how to get to to where dial up users can view it without waiting. Sorry. I did have sounds on the buttons, but people said it was to annoying. It was cool but i left it off. The buttons slide in and banged then on the roll over made a sound and then exploded on the click. I liked it but i need to keep visitors and not turn them away. You do learn a lot when you mess with programs, and its common knowledge before you know it. I am almost considering doing small html sites for some extra money. You pay the membership/monthly fees and my rates and you got a site. Not sure if i will or not, but let me know what you want and ill think about it. I put that resolution warning on there because that is what im setup on. I have viewed my site in different resolutions. Sometimes things are off center and out of place. It looks like i didn't know what i was doing lol so thats why i have that on there. But i just changed it to read. This website is best viewed in 1024 x 768 resolution. With high speed connections.

Well thanks again for the kind words. Help me out and spread the word. I want to get my inventions on the market and get more out of life. Thanks

This is a small tip, but I admit I didn't check your code first. If you are using (i)frames, tables, div's and so on, and you used a heigt or width def., did you do so in px or in %? If you change every heigth/width in % (except for images/swf's and so on) probably things will look way better on other resolutions. And yes, I admit that if you look at my site at 800x600 (also still used a lot) some parts are barely viewable. But we will fix it.
