i love the country stats, the idea that people all over the world read my page makes me very happy.
am finding the isp very interesting also since it shows how many of my visitors are coming from school sites. but i wish i could see the region and city along with the isp, because then i would have a better understanding of where the schools in the united states are. would be useful to know if i am getting general education liberal arts people rather than specialists in greek mythology, and i can pretty much tell that from where the school is. here i was perfectly happy with just the plain country stats, and once you start giving me more i just want more and more. i do love the country stats. |

and it is doing other interesting stuff also.
like separating out AOL visitors. one i know who it is and the other one i don't, so it is very nice to be able to know that one is a new one. if that makes sense. also i can now find out who "The Sage Colleges" are because i know they are in albany new york. oh and the brazil guy. and the chello austria guy. lots of people i recognize and it is much easier to look at it this way instead of trying to remember or keeping several windows open to compare. many thanks. just another reason why i love statcounter. |
