Default Need help with my website

I need some suggestions, on how i could inform people who visit my website, what was updated since there last visit.

because as u can see that i have lots of info on the website, and i think people wouldn't like to read the whole info again,

Oh, dear, I'm sorry but your site is very confusing. Too much scrolling text, also. I can understand your wish to help the Amber Alert cause, but having all the other scrolling bits takes away from it, the result being that nobody reads the stuff any more.

I'd say you should organize it better. Have an introduction that explains what the site is about. Then have some distinct sections with proper headers for the various sections.

Everything need not be on one page. You can have your sections on the main page and from each section you can expand on a different page.

I don't quite get what exactly you wish to have indicated as new material. Is this supposed to be like a blog where you keep adding information? Then you should actually use a blog - like from www.blogger.com .
