Hi.

First off...the dancing spiderman is very cute. It held my interest for quite sometime. there is something very, very wrong with that...and therefore it's rather cool.

I don't mind the font colour. actually, i have nothing bad to say about your site. but, I'm more of the average joe type. not one of the big computer heads you'll find lurking around. It did take me a bit to figure the purpose of your site but that's okay, I think. after a bit of reading it becomes clear.

I can't read the colours. The blue on black is the worst for me, and I can't do well with the red on black either.
I am a bit dyslexic but not vision impared

Hi,

I'm not going to be too critical about the colour scheme because it's not that different to my own, but I too find it difficult to read - the blue on black in particular. A lighter shade of blue would be easier on the eyes.

and as for the dancing spiderman ... I find it strangely hypnotic

Cheers

Yea, I just never got round to changing the default hyperlink colour. What colour do you think would be best? I just really don't know what to change it to.

Edit : While I'm thinking about it, it would be nice to have some feedback on whether my favicon is working or not. Also would the section "Sony Ericsson freeware" be better entitled "Symbian UIQ freeware"?

Your favicon is not working in IE at all. It works in Firefox.

Th reason it doesn't work in IE is that it's not a correct type of icon file. I cannot tell exactly what the actual problem with it is, only that a little program I have for favicons, Icoedit, cannot open it.

Well, the easiest and best way to do it as far as I am concerned is to have a larger graphic image (jpg, bmp, gif or maybe even png) of the best quality you can make and use the online tool from www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/ . You upload your graphic to their servers and right away they provide the favicon for you to download, in a zip file. That one works without any problems.
