Default Frames help

The problem that I am having is that the stat counter is in the header frame so that multiple people updating the site will not affect the code. I'd like to track information on our specific employment page if possible, but not sure how. I see that the recommendation is not to create a new project, but the stats I'm getting now don't drill down to the employment page. Any advice?

Don't put the counter in the page that has the frameset definition.
Put the counter in the pages that get displayed within the main frame.
Use the frames version of the counter (check in Install Counter and you see the option there to generate the correct counter code).
