I realised that we can't view public stats eventhough the stats aren't ours.
I was required to logged out before being able to view some public stats. Why is that so? Isn't it ironic? Can we have public stats visible by everyone including members of Statcounter who happened to be logged in? |

It's the cookie thing. "Guest" is another user, in a manner of speaking.
If you notice, it will tell you you can't do it unless you sign out, but if you go right back to try it it will work even though you didn't sign out.

Erm, so how did you do it?
2 minutes later: I still don't understand how you view it without signing out. |

Well, it works with my own projects when I try to view them as guest. It will first tell me I have to sign out. I don't, I leave the page and come back - and then I'm in.
Maybe it doesn't work with other people's projects - but those are so infrequent that I'm not bothered by them.
