http://s-srecords.com When I look at my "came from" it shows the url my page (www.sl.net/~ttbooks/moolala or s-srecords.com) as one of the refering pages I have my counter http code on both my entry page and second index page. How do I get it so my pages do not count as referring pages? I want to make sure I dont miss people who just go straight to my index page. Hopefully this is clear. |

You are using a redirection service for the domain http://s-srecords.com and your pages at www.sl.net/~ttbooks/moolala is loaded as in a frameset on top of the frameset page on an other server where you problably can't have a counter.
If you to your pages thru the domain, that frameset is the referer all the time. Nothing you can do about it. And since the entry page is a framed page, it wil be the referer to all other pages. That could be avoided by using the frameset counter script version. But if you can't have a counter on the frameset on an other server, it wont help in the case of the domain as referer. Sorry, that's the "dark side" of using redirection service like that. |
