I want to view only the unique visits but my statcounter is counting the reloads too What to do ?? Please help

You can configure the counter to show the count of unique visitors rather than pageloads. But the log will contain all hits regardless - that's the way it works, it cannot know what's unique unless it knows everything.

The problem is say x comes to my index page and navigates through 2 pages
20 times So my stat counter will show (n+40) [n=previous count] |

Well, the counter as displayed on the page is not incrementing with every one of my reloads of your page, so you did activate it to show just unique visitors. But for visitors with cookies disabled, they will be counted as a new unique everytime.
