Poll: Page loads or Unique Visitors n the front page?
What would you like to see on the front page undewr 'My Projects" the number of Page Loads or Unique Visitors?

Paul - Why make it either/or? I like Chris's suggestion of offering the choice. Or even extending that further so you could chhose, eg NEW visitors, as your key statistic.

New visitors may be ok as long as everybody realizes that's not a definitive statistic, actually very far from it, and you don't stake your farm on it.
With more and more people's browsers and firewalls blocking cookies and deleting them frequently if they somehow got any cookies set at all, this is no longer a reliable method. At a guess maybe at most 10% of returning visitors are identified as such as the rest all simply reject cookies (or delete them automatically very frequently) .
