Default How long time ago

Can some staff see how long time it have gone from that I got member here ? Exactly date I got member here. Sorry for my bad english

You would have received an email at the time.

Anyway, check the summary stats and go back in time until you see the first day with some data. Unless you have reset it at some point.

If you want staff to look it up for you in the user database, then open a support ticket from your Statcounter account and ask that question there.

I deleted the mail a long time ago but I dont know how to look at the first day without data or what is was, where do I do that ?

Keep playing with the data ranges in the summary until you get something.

What do you mean? Do you have any data in the log? When you look at Recent Pageloads, do you see any data?

Can you remember at all when you started using Statcounter? How many years or months ago? Approximately?

The go back to a data range abou then and see what the summary says. You have to do it by spotchecking, no other way.

Yes, that's how you get to your stats for the given project. Once there, you have a menu on the left of the screen with all the other detailed stats.
