I've tried both creating a blocking cookie for all my projects and creating one for just one at a time. The "create blocking cookie" button doesn't work, even though it used to. Am I missing something?

Your browser must be rejecting or not retaining cookies. Statcounter cookies are used as both first aprty cookies and third party cookies so it has to accept them both ways.
Check all security, privacy settings in the browser. Check anti-spyware and firewall programs which may be blocking.

Okay, I'm working with Firefox 2.0, and I've set it to allow cookies from statcounter.com. The only external firewall I have is Windows Live OneCare, and the firewall only addresses whether or not Firefox should access the Internet.
It's still not working. Could it have anything to do with my ISP switching from Time Warner to Comcast? Last edited by FentheRed; 07-29-2007 at 03:55 AM. |

Only if your isp is blocking cookies for you - doubtful.
See other threads dealing with this: http://forum.statcounter.com/vb/show...hlight=cookies
