I think we had a thread about children not so long ago but tonight Paula was reading the book called "The Snowman" to our 4 year old son Dylan. When it got to the end ** spoiler alert ** (just in case you haven't read the book or seen the film

If you recall the image of the melted snowman, he hadn't disappeared completely but turned into an amorphous blob. My daughter was convinced for years that the snowman had turned into... a dog!
