Hi, I would just like to know how many statcounters one is allowed. I understand it's free unless you get over a certain amount of traffic. I get very little unique traffic, maybe 5 uniques a week. Reason I ask is because I'd like to know how many Unique First Time visitors I'm getting and How many comeback repeat visitors I'm getting seperately.

I remember seeing that page a bit back but I can not seem to access it, and when i click on the counter on my site it treats me as a brand new visitor and doesnt take me to that page I've logged in and everything.

To access the Summary page when you are logged into your Statcounter account, just click on your Project and you will be at the Summary page.

Have you already create a project?
After you signed up for Statcounter, you should have created a project. If you did, it will be listed just below "Add Project", it will have the name you gave it. You can't create the code to put on your web pages until you have created a project. If you did create a project, and it not listed, then you need to create a support ticket for help. We can't help you from here. When you are logged into your account, just click "Support" at the top of the page. Richard |
