Hi friends, from a long time I have noticed that when you stay on diet you'll lose a lot, but as soon as you start eating again...you will put back on everything you've lost plus more. So this means you have to continue the diet for whole life. Is there any way present where I can sustain my body weight after loosing the target weight and where I can eat every thing?

The problem is the last "eat every thing". Doesn't go with "not gaining"

Eat everything you want and then shove your finger down your throat. Eat lots and then go play in the traffic Eat lots in front of starving kids in Africa and they will rip the food out of you through your belly-button. Eat lots in Siberia and it will freeze half way down and thus won't digest. There are a few more ideas but I am on a Donut and Coffee Diet and I need some more cinnamon from the shop.... |

Eat as much as you want - just don't swallow it......

Try "The South Beach Diet" - it works, but you must stick to it. After gaining your target body weight you can eat just about anything in moderation. If you start gaining, you just do the first two weeks of the diet again.

Eat whatever you want and when you are done take a 5 mile jog, that is sure to keep you at a good weight.
