Default "Parameter unavailable - Upgrade data File" message

On Visitor paths I'm getting the message on the top of the data:

(This Parameter Is Unavailable For Selected Data File. Please Upgrade The Data File).

It's replaced the company & location information. Anyone else getting htis problem?

Default Data File

When I looked at the stats, on my two projects this morning, next to the ip addresses was the message:

(This Parameter Is Unavailable For Selected Data File. Please Upgrade The Data File.)

How do I upgrade the data file and is is free?

I don't think so, I get nowhere near the page load quota per month and AFAIK the logfile just works like a FIFO buffer dropping stuff off the end as new stuff comes in once you reach the 500 free limit. Also the occasional entry comes out OK, so I think it's probably a fault somewhere.

Default Visitor Analysis Problem

Hi

When I look at the stats for one of my counters, there are problems loading the location and hostname of recent visitors.

When I magnify the data for a these hits, I am getting the following message

"This Parameter Is Unavailable For Selected Data File. Please Upgrade The Data File"

for Country, Regions, City and ISP.

Any ideas what's going wrong?

Thanks in advance

Laura

Default "Parameter unavailable --" message on my statcounter

I have been a member of statcounter for a few years and have not seen this message before. I don't understand its meaning and don't have any idea what to do about it. Any help from all who are getting the same message?
