I've configured my statcounter projects so that the titles are shown. However, there is this one visitor, I don't know what kind of settings he uses in his browser. Only URLs are shown for his visits. Also, there is never any referring links.
What could be happening from his end that prevents me from seeing the titles and the referring links for his visits? I'm really curious. Anyone, any idea? |

Hi
No referrals can be your visitor's browser settings, firewall, proxy. As for why only one visitor records URLs and not page titles, I can't explain. If you are viewing Visitor Path, and only that one visitor, and not others, are showing URLs, I don't know. The "hit", if recorded at all, records URL & page title, regardless of what the user's settings are. The option of course, at the bottom of your stats page will show URL or Page Title, but this would apply to ALL your visitors. Richard |

Right. It's a weird thing. Titles show up for all the other visitors. But only for this one, you see urls for those same pages. If he's visited ten pages, they are ten urls without referring links. What could he have done?

If that user has got a javascript disabled browser there will not be any referrer urls. Also no page titles and no screen resolution. This information requires javsacript.
We are lucky at least we now get the url ff the page visited, this was recently added - before you'd have had no url information at all.
