Question PR-4 to PR-0 in a day!
Friends,

I'm surprised to discover that my site, www.astrocopia.com had a PR4 at its homepage till yesterday, but despite having increasing traffic today it has lost its PR to 0.

Whereas the other pages which had PR3 have been elevated to PR4.

I don't understand what's wrong with the homepage? Can you please share your experience?

In my experience google only does PR updates every couple months. It seems like they are just doing one, so your PR may have changed... give it a few days to make sure the change is going to stick, because right now things may be in flux.

Just loaded you site and it shows to be a PR4 on my SEO tool bar (not a Ggl tool bar). Not only that, but a Ggl search for Authentic Vedic Astrology brings it up in the #1 position.

Pagez dropped from PR3 to PR0 a few weeks ago and it has stayed that way. The traffic has been dropping lately - currently down to about 500 unique a day but I still don't think its only worth a PR of 0....

Could be a sign you've done something dodgey i.e. text in same colour as background??

One of my sites disappeared from google for 12 months completely but has recently reappeared!

One of my sites dropped to zero a few weeks ago from PR2, yesterday it popped up to PR3

A bit of a scary roller coaster.

On a happier note - the home page of double16 went straight on on a pr of 4 today after having no page rank at all for a while after I upgraded the board....
