Verizon FIOS and unique visits

I have no idea why but all visits from Verizon FIOS (this same address) was counted as unique visits for each opened page!

PS.
For that particular address state and city is not recognized but has it: *.pghkny.fios.verizon.net (pghkny - Poughkeepsie, NY).
