Recent Came From counting twice

My recent came from page is counting everything twice, sometimes more. There'll be an entry at say 12:01:22 and then one straight after at 12:01:24. It's been doing it a while now.

Any ideas?

You have any javascript or meta refresh redirection maybe?

Of course some visitors use a browser add-on that refreshes automatically web pages they view, every few seconds.

I do, but this has only just started happening, and doesn't show in any other reports, just the recent came from.

Well, that easy to see if that is the case or not. Just view the source of your pages and search for "statcounter" on it. If you don't find the code more than once, then you can be convinced I was wrong.

I've already done it

No code at all as I'm using a plugin.
