Is there a way to utilize my stat counter on a flash site to gather information on pages other than the entry page?

That's one problem with flash, among other things

If your flash site consists of a single swf file, only the container page can have the code, as it has to be inserted in html code.

If your flash site consists of multiple swf files each of which is displayed on its own html page, then each such page should have the tracking code.
