Comments on advertising strategy

We are currently trying to sell advertising space on Shareworld. we have re-vamped the site and are actively seeking corporate adverts through a telephone campaign. To help us with this we have structured a media pack for prospective clients who would typically be stockbrokers, financial marketers, financial magazines and tip sheets and the like.

I like the page and your new design quite well. Has a newsy look and feel. This is only my opinion, but I don't like the "powered by". I know they require it, but it says to me that you used a free script. Pay for a script, or use the CMS Made Simple contact script.

I went a bit farther and downloaded the pdf, and I was glad I did (because I have opinions on that, sorry). Again, only my personal opinion, but I would cut out the "about" section entirely. Nobody wants to know how you started, or how your site grew. They only want to know how you will solve their problem. Start with the "exposure" section, which is exactly what I want to know. Follow that with what you have below it - I like the visual on the layout.

No, harsh is good, it doesn't bother us!
We sort of know where we are going but it is nice to hear other's criticism.
