Cannot Login to stats...

cannot login to my3.stat, my4.stat, my6.stat, and so on and so forth. Did I miss a message about downtime?

my9 works for me. Also my4, my6 and my7 when just tested. Skipping my3 on login because there may be an error. Try again and report back, it may be a temporary glitch that already may be fixed.

nope... I've also been skipping the my3 just to get to the login and all the others work up until that point. Once I attempt login from there it fails.

I think once I attempt to login via my4 etc... it then automatically tries to go through via my3 and fails.

Perhaps I misunderstand you, but I am not skipping anything "manually", e.g. by changing the url from my3 to something else. When I hit the Login button, my browser starts connect to my3 but very fast goes to my4, my5, or whatever is loaded. I don't know if it is the database server or my browser who does that.

BTW, just now I was also able to login with my3. Try to delete your cookies and browser cache, so they are not interfering your new attempts.

not sure what's happenin'? it is redirecting to all of the other #'s, but not going through. I've cleared cache, cookies, et al... I've got to work to do now, but will try again in a few hours. thanks for feedback.

so I just logged in on a friends PC and it worked. Sort of...

it redirected me to a page that states my account has been set to zero or set back to free or some weird stuff?

It could be because my auto-renew didn't go through because I lost my previous debit/credit card and have a new one. If that is the case I still have 3 questions...

1) why didn't it email me or give me some sort of warning first? I could have fixed in a second and not had to lose all of my stat records for today!

2) why will it not let me log in to my account to fix the problem?

3) how can I fix the problem?

You have to contact Admin (Contact US link in the bottom of this page) to sort it out with them. And I guess they are still waiting for the renew from you.

totally bizarre?

used my friends PC (I'm on mac) and logged in again, updated my new credit/debit card number to replace old one and now I can login on my Mac.

Not sure why I couldn't do that on my mac, but doesn't matter anymore as it seems to be back to normal, stats still recorded and in place.

case kinda closed.
