Hey everyone,
I sent a suggestion 2 days ago to StatCounter.com help, where the page had a drop down menu including "new feature" so I selected it and posted my wish feature. The website's support answered me in a couple of hours which was good but the problem is that I was away and took me 48 hours to figure out that the answer was asking me to come to this forum and post the feature here WHICH I TOTALLY FORGOT! wouldn't it been better if the website responded on the spot if a user selected "new feature" from that drop down menu to be notified about the forum? |
