Default Eye strain from compute glasses?

Its sad that our culture and technology has forced us to sit all day in front of the pc. The unfortunate thing is our bodies were not built for this activity. We are by nature hunter and gathers, not computer freaks! Looking around for a few minutes is not going to do you good. You need to get away from the computer at least once an hour and get away for a good 15-30 minutes for the eye muscles to relax and refocus themselves. Looking around for a few mintues in my mind aint going to do crap. Computer glasses although make your eyes worse, will definitely take some strain off your eyes. You'll feel better, but your vision will now be calibrated to the eye glasses. This is why people that wear glasses always need stronger prescription. Its not a root solution,
