Default Trying to Install Code But it Loops

Hi, I am trying to install the tracking code on one of my sites but it is "getting stuck".... It is staying on the page, I looked for any issues but couldn't find any... I tried from different browsers even....

Where & how are you placing the code?

It should be installed just before the </body> tag.

I'm having the same issue...I think. The first page you land on, when you're trying to get a code on statcounter...

where you fill out the title, give the URL, put the category....and click NEXT...

...but it brings you right back to that first page again.

You can't get past the first page when trying to get a tracking code. Which means...I can't post any new pages until it's fixed.

I'm not able to replicate that problem.

I can create a new project and get the code.

I will report this to Support though.

Richard,

Thanks for all the recent reports.

We were doing some "background" work today upgrading the server architecture and this caused some unanticipated problems for some members. This has now been fully resolved and service is back to normal.

This is why you can't recreate the install code issue.

That said, if anyone remains concerned, please just let us know!
