Does StatCounter work on shtml pages?

I'm beginning to switch over to shtml to be able to import ads and copyrights so that I don't have to update each individual page in the future. My questions is, so far with my tests, I can't get my visits to the shtml pages to show up in the counter results.

I removed my IP address from the setup so that I can be counted. I show up on the regular html pages and my homepage, but I don't see my visits to the shtml pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess is does work on shtml pages. It just took some time for the results to show. Thanks
