Hi

Do I need to place the STATCOUNTER code on every page?

If so Do I need to register each page?

Yes, if you want visits to tham to be logged.
If your website contains of a small number of pages it will be easy to do this manually for each page.

If your website contains a large number of pages, you may want to investigate installing StatCounter automatically on all pages of your site.
Perhaps editing the template of your website (if used) to include StatCounter in the footer, so it can be included in all your pages where the template footer is added.
