    Responsive design - opinions please.

Okay, I've sorted it. The css is probably more involved than it needs to be and is a bit untidy as a result, but it seems to be working. I now have two fluid layouts that between them cover every screen size from smartphone (320px wide) to desktop. I'd still appreciate any feedback on how it...

    Responsive design - opinions please.

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I last posted in here. I hope everyone is doing well. I'd be really grateful for some feedback on a responsive design I'm working on for my web site. I've tried to make an art gallery page that shrinks and changes layouts according to the size of the...

Allowing users to post photos on site

I couldn't say with any degree of knowledge but it's a facility that all of the photo storage sites offer and I think it's widely used. I think most forums allow it.

One of my forum staff took this from his porch today...

Wow ... what a sight!! Lucky guy. A short while ago I was in my garden when I heard a distant rumbling. As it got louder I scoured the sky for the source. The sound got louder and louder and I could feel the ground beginning to tremble .... and then suddenly, very low over the treetops, came...

Allowing users to post photos on site

I'm very late coming in on this one but I'd go for the Picasa link option. Actually, in my art forum, members upload their images to Picasa, Flikr, Photobucket, etc, and just post the links into the forum. The hot linking means the image is displayed but my web space is unaffected.

    G+ button on Blogger

FIXED IT!!! For some reason the AVG-Do Not Track facility was blocking Google+ on one machine but not the other. I knew it had to be my end but I'm kicking myself for not figuring it our sooner. Oh well, there now. Thanks all.

    G+ button on Blogger

I'm running Chrome and have re-installed it on both machines to make sure I'm running with equal version numbers and defaults. Ah-hah! What about the Firewalls, he exclaims, scurrying away to do some more comparing.

    G+ button on Blogger

Thanks for that Chris, but anything wrong within the code or template would apply to BOTH my machines, not just one of them. It has to be something on my end. Hope you're keeping well.

    G+ button on Blogger

Thanks guys. I can see that the presence of the G+ button could be browser dependent but in my case I am using Chrome on both machines, and I can't figure out why it works on one and not the other.

    G+ button on Blogger

I have a strange problem and am wondering if anyone here may be able to help. I get that Google+ and Blogger can be connected but only if we're prepared to allow Blogger to use our G+ profile. In my case, I don't want to change my blogger profile and so I've managed without the 'connection'...
