Those options already exist! When logged in to your account, click on the wrench (config) icon on the right (under "Settings") for the project name. You can also use the same link on the projects Summary page, on top of the left hand side menu with detailed stats.

Keep an eye on "Downloads" and "Download Activity" in your detailed stats. When a visitor click on the link to listen, i believe Statcounter log that as a download.

They are all (generally at least) excluded already, since most are both image and Javascript disabled. So you need to be more specific about what you want. Also, give an example of an url coming from a search bot (crawler), if you see those in your stats.

If you choose the visible counter option, you just add the "Seen" before and "Times" after the counter your self. It is possible that some (new) wordpress themes don't work well with the plugin. If you have a self hosted (you pay the host) you can use the default code and add it manually...

There is no such thing as "my.statcounter.com" any more. Strange if your browsers don't redirect you (as they should) to statcounter.com But you should drop the "my." from the url anyway. ;)

Post a support ticket so they can help you. It's not much we can do here since we can't check the server or even your Statcounter project pages. But you need to give more details to the support, e.g. what historical data are you missing and if you have a free or upgraded account.

No, all detailed stats are lost. Only what you see on the Summary is left for the projects lifetime. An upgrade gives you larger log with future pageloads, so you can have detailed stats for a longer time.

The counter code on the front page (only page with code) looks okay in my eyes. The visible counter shows the number 13 but is it visitors or page loads? It doesn't went up on my reloading of the page. All I can advice is that you submit a support ticket so support staff look in to this.

There should not be any problem, at least for me all is back to normal a long time ago. Perhaps you are getting up a cached copy of the blank page? Try to get it again. Perhaps emptying the browsers cache is needed, or change the browser settings so it checks every time for newer pages. If...
