Can Fresh Links Get a Website Out Of Sandbox Faster?

Looking at it from Googles point of view - a new site that suddenly acquires a lot of links is suspicious, that's not what happens in real life.

What Type Of Backlink Is Best For SEO?

I don't think that a backlink can hurt your ranking, otherwise an industry would grow up to create bad neighbourhoods that you paid to link to your competitors. You are not responsible for incoming links, if you reciprocally link to black hatters, the outgoing link can hurt you.
